Job Description
The NGIS Housekeeping Supervisor will manage housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The role includes team leadership, operational oversight, and use of property management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and inventory management
- Monitor service quality and compliance with standards
- Train and mentor housekeeping personnel
- Manage property management systems for operations
- Inspect facilities to ensure readiness for guests
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping operations
- At least 1 year of formal education in hospitality or related field
- Experience using hotel property management systems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
