Job Description

The Medium Voltage Supervisor will lead teams responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of medium voltage systems. The role ensures compliance with safety standards while delivering projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise teams handling medium voltage electrical systems
• Oversee project execution, timelines, and quality standards
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
• Interpret technical documents and ensure correct implementation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Conduct inspections, audits, and safety briefings
• Maintain reports and documentation of operations
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• Completed apprenticeship in electrical trade
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a medium voltage foreman
• Strong knowledge of medium voltage systems and safety standards
• Leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with electrical codes and compliance requirements
• High school diploma and valid passport
