Kenindia Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Life Area Marketing Manager to lead its Nakuru branch operations. The strategic purpose of this role is to drive the top-line and bottom-line growth of individual life business within the Nakuru region. The manager will act as the primary catalyst for market expansion, ensuring that the company achieves its development objectives while providing high-quality, customer-centric services to policyholders and claimants. This role involves balancing strategic marketing planning with hands-on team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Nakuru market to increase the individual life business portfolio.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales force of agents and unit managers.
• Oversee the administration of the Nakuru branch to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Enhance and maintain relationships with corporate clients, intermediaries, and individual policyholders.
• Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely processing and professional handling of claims and inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or equivalent.
• Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance marketing and sales management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet aggressive growth targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
