Human Resource Operations Lead
Overview
Power Financial Wellness is seeking a proactive HR Operations Lead to manage the HR function end-to-end. This role is perfect for a hands-on HR generalist with strong project management capabilities who can execute initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the Head of HR to streamline processes, manage transformation projects, and ensure that HR operations scale efficiently as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
- Lead HR transformation projects, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and status trackers.
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and ensure strict compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and clear role briefs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and develop scalable templates and toolkits.
- Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, supporting internal communication and change management.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and analytics through customized dashboards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end HR processes and project implementation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
