Role Overview
RHNK seeks a Grants Officer to manage donor-funded projects, ensuring financial compliance and efficient grant administration. The position requires a detail-oriented professional experienced in grant budgeting, reporting, and donor liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit grant proposals and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of grant documentation and correspondence.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Monitor grant expenditures and ensure budget adherence.
- Liaise with finance teams to prepare donor financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with donor policies and organizational standards.
- Support capacity-building initiatives for internal grant management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years’ experience in grants management or donor compliance.
- Familiarity with USAID, FCDO, or UN-funded projects.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in grant management software and Excel.
