ER Investigation Specialist

Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Investigations, this specialist is responsible for conducting high-quality investigations into sensitive and complex workplace allegations, including harassment and policy violations. The role ensures all investigations are survivor-centered and procedurally sound.

Responsibilities

  • Lead professional investigations into complex allegations in line with WVI standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure investigations are triaged and conducted in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues conducting investigations globally.
  • Review and refresh training materials for the network of employee relations investigators.
  • Identify and track investigation trends and assess root causes to support corrective actions.
  • Produce analytical insights and dashboards for the Board and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Behavioral Sciences, or Organizational Psychology.
  • 4–5 years of experience conducting workplace or organizational investigations.
  • Formal certification in workplace investigations (e.g., trauma-informed interviewing).
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.
