Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for promoting products and services and driving customer acquisition at Jamii Telecommunications. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets across multiple locations. The position plays a frontline role in revenue growth and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Conduct field sales activities and customer engagements
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Provide accurate product information and address customer queries
• Submit sales reports and market feedback to supervisors

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum secondary school education
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Basic understanding of telecommunications products
