Role Overview

The Credit Control professional will manage the entire credit and debt recovery process for the program’s activities. Key duties include leveraging strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness, executing effective debt recovery strategies, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and meticulously managing all necessary documentation and reporting within dedicated credit management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Debt Recovery: Apply strong analytical and debt recovery skills to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding balances.
• System Management: Utilize and manage credit management systems effectively for tracking and performance monitoring.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all Compliance, reporting, and documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
