Role Overview
The Court Clerk will support advocates in preparing, organizing, and filing legal documents, ensuring compliance with court procedures and efficient case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file legal documents and maintain case files.
- Serve legal notices and documents to relevant parties.
- Track case progress, hearing dates, and court schedules.
- Maintain an organized filing system for the legal department.
- Assist advocates with document retrieval and preparation.
- Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a law firm.
- Strong document management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
