Key Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and dietary requirements
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
  • Follow special diets as advised by clinical and nutrition teams Properly store food and manage kitchen inventory
  • Clean kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Comply with health, safety, and infection-control standards Support timely meal service across hospital units

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Food Production /Culinary Arts preferred
  • Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a
  • hospital or institutional setting
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safet standards
  • Ability to work shifts and under pressure
  • Team-oriented and dependable
