ABF Lead Generators
Overview
Absa Bank is seeking high-energy individuals to drive the sales of Asset Based Finance (ABF) products. The role is focused on identifying potential retail and business customers, qualifying leads, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and proactively sell Asset Based Finance and other bank products.
- Conduct preliminary financial analysis and statement reviews on customer accounts.
- Assist customers in completing account opening and loan documentation with 100% accuracy.
- Follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates and timely loan draw-downs.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints regarding ABF products within set timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Qualifications
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.
