Website Content & SEO Manager
Role Overview
If the website is out of sync with the shop floor, sales leak. This role owns the accuracy of the online store and the visibility that brings buyers in, combining tight content control with SEO and Google Ads execution for an e-commerce catalogue.
Key Responsibilities
- Update product listings to reflect new stock, pricing changes, and accurate descriptions
- Maintain consistency between physical inventory and the digital storefront to reduce customer friction
- Optimise content for SEO, including modern AI-influenced search behaviour and intent-based queries
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on targeted traffic and conversion outcomes
- Monitor website performance and customer journey and recommend improvements to the buying experience
- Analyse traffic and campaign performance and report on outcomes and next actions
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing an e-commerce website and product catalogue
- Experience with Shopify or a similar CMS is a strong advantage
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Ads management
- Familiarity with AI search trends and practical optimisation approaches
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently full-time
