Volunteer Fundraiser – Ashoka Africa Diamond (DRC)

Ashoka Africa is seeking volunteer fundraisers to support its programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). This remote role offers a chance to contribute to social innovation and youth empowerment across Africa.

Role Overview

Volunteers will assist the Ashoka DRC team in developing fundraising strategies, organizing campaigns, and engaging potential donors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential donors and sponsors.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
• Prepare fundraising materials and presentations.
• Engage communities and raise awareness of Ashoka’s mission.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in fundraising or development preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for social change and community development.
• Availability of 4 hours per week for 3–6 months (virtual role).
