Role Overview
Poa Internet is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager – Thika Road to build, train, and lead a high-performing field-sales team. The role focuses on driving subscriber acquisition, implementing local marketing initiatives, and optimizing sales performance across Ruiru, Kasarani, Dandora, Zimmerman, and neighboring areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and trainees.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct daily coaching, field accompaniments, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate sales funnel data, ensuring lead categorization and timely follow-ups.
- Oversee territory operations and ensure 100 % compliance with sales processes.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–6 years of cumulative sales experience, including at least 3 years leading field teams.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in fast-paced environments.
- Strong data-driven management skills and proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
