Job Description

The Telesales Associate is responsible for executing structured outbound sales campaigns to drive business growth across various markets and subsidiaries. This role centers on lead generation and strategic prospecting, requiring a highly disciplined professional who can identify and research target prospect data. By initiating first contact and professionally presenting the company’s value proposition over the phone, the associate plays a critical role in expanding the client base and feeding the sales pipeline for the organization’s diverse service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute structured outbound telesales campaigns targeting specific market segments and subsidiaries
• Conduct thorough research to identify and build comprehensive prospect databases for outreach
• Initiate contact with decision-makers to present product benefits and qualify potential leads
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions within the CRM system
• Manage a high volume of daily outbound calls while maintaining professional communication standards
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and initial cold outreach
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and appointment setting

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in professional telesales, call center operations, or outbound business development
• Proven ability to build and maintain target prospect lists through research
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Results-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle high-volume cold calling
• Strong organizational and time management skills
