Role Overview
The Technical Training Officer is responsible for delivering automotive technical training programs and supporting skills development initiatives. The role ensures structured, practical, and competency-based training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions in automotive engineering
- Develop structured training materials and presentations
- Utilize modern training methods and digital presentation tools
- Conduct research to support continuous improvement of training programs
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
Qualifications
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering
- Diploma in Technical Training
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in technical training
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and modern training delivery tools
- Computer proficiency
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Creative and innovative approach to training
