Technical Sales Support (Stone Paving)
Role Overview
This role combines hands-on sales execution with technical product support in the stone paving and construction space. The successful candidate will actively drive projects from lead generation to closure while ensuring customers receive accurate technical guidance and excellent after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue, convert, and close sales projects in line with assigned targets.
- Present clear and accurate technical information on stone paving products, highlighting features and value propositions.
- Prepare detailed quotations aligned with client specifications and project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Follow up consistently on quotations to ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with Finance to confirm payments and support invoicing processes.
- Work closely with Dispatch to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Conduct field visits to identify new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Provide after-sales follow-up and technical support where required.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and submit structured sales and pipeline reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction, building materials, or FMCG environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
