Technical Officer (F4B)

Role Overview

The Technical Officer (F4B) provides technical leadership and capacity strengthening support for the Future4Binti programme. The role focuses on programme quality, survivor-centred approaches, capacity development of partners, and ensuring adherence to safeguarding and “Do No Harm” principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of Future4Binti programme activities
• Lead technical application of Organizational Development and Systems Strengthening (ODSS)
• Design and implement capacity building and mentorship programmes
• Support survivor-centred approaches using trauma-informed methodologies
• Monitor sub-granted partners for technical quality and compliance
• Support administrative, financial, and procurement processes
• Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and learning processes
• Support communications, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Participate in safeguarding trainings and ensure compliance with policies
• Contribute to programme growth and resource mobilization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in donor-funded programmes
• Demonstrated expertise in capacity development and community-based interventions
• Strong knowledge of SRHR, GBV, gender equality, and adult learning methodologies
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder and county-level environments
