Role Overview

Flexi-Personnel is recruiting a Technical Head for its client in the electric-mobility sector. The successful candidate will lead technical operations, oversee infrastructure development, and ensure compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site selection, feasibility assessments, and technical installations.
• Manage import logistics, commissioning, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise field service teams and ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee asset tracking, battery operations, and inventory management.
• Develop SOPs and training programs for engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with business and finance teams on operational planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 10–12 years’ experience in EV, energy, or automotive industries.
• Proven leadership in technical project management and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of import logistics, asset assurance, and compliance frameworks.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
