Technical Assurance Analyst

Role Overview

The Technical Assurance Analyst will plan and execute performance testing for medium to high complexity systems, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and compliance with defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute load, stress, spike, and endurance tests for web, mobile, and API-based systems.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify system bottlenecks.
• Validate system performance against SLAs and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards.
• Support system integration testing, API testing, and disaster recovery validation.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business analysts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in performance testing.
• Experience testing banking or financial services applications.
• Familiarity with ISTQB standards and performance testing certifications is an advantage.
