Team Leader, Property Sales (Nanyuki)
Role Overview
This role is suited for a high-energy sales leader who thrives in competitive real estate markets. As Team Leader, Property Sales, you will drive market expansion in Nanyuki by building, mentoring, and leading a team of property advisors while delivering consistent sales performance through disciplined CRM management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Market Expansion
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Property Advisors
- Identify and prospect new markets for deployment and growth
- Broaden the market base through activations, partnerships, and targeted campaigns
CRM, Performance & Reporting
- Oversee CRM management including lead allocation, follow-ups, and reporting
- Implement performance management frameworks to drive productivity
- Produce weekly reports on lead engagement, conversions, and pipeline status
Risk, Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal policies
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across the property ecosystem
- Support succession planning and talent development within the sales team
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- Membership with the Estate Agents Registration Board
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in real estate sales
- At least 1 year of proven team leadership experience
- Strong CRM, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
