Team Leader, Property Sales (Nanyuki)

Role Overview

This role is suited for a high-energy sales leader who thrives in competitive real estate markets. As Team Leader, Property Sales, you will drive market expansion in Nanyuki by building, mentoring, and leading a team of property advisors while delivering consistent sales performance through disciplined CRM management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Market Expansion

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Property Advisors
  • Identify and prospect new markets for deployment and growth
  • Broaden the market base through activations, partnerships, and targeted campaigns

CRM, Performance & Reporting

  • Oversee CRM management including lead allocation, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Implement performance management frameworks to drive productivity
  • Produce weekly reports on lead engagement, conversions, and pipeline status

Risk, Compliance & Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal policies
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships across the property ecosystem
  • Support succession planning and talent development within the sales team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Membership with the Estate Agents Registration Board
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in real estate sales
  • At least 1 year of proven team leadership experience
  • Strong CRM, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
