Sports & Arts Coordinator

Role Overview

This role runs student programmes with breadth and ambition, spanning sports academies, arts tracks, and competitive clubs. The coordinator sets direction, builds structure, and keeps standards high across activities that represent the school locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and develop the school’s sports and arts programmes across multiple academies and clubs
  • Manage established academies such as Football and Swimming with clear planning and delivery discipline
  • Coordinate Performing and Visual Arts programmes and support student participation and growth
  • Support enrichment clubs and competitive tracks including World Scholars and Mathematics Olympiad
  • Build and maintain international linkages, initiatives, and partnerships tied to student programmes
  • Create schedules, systems, and reporting that keep activities organised and consistently delivered

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science or a related field
  • Experience managing similar programmes at a senior or high-responsibility level
  • Demonstrated ability to run international initiatives and partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal presence and the ability to lead programmes with energy and structure
