Role Overview

The Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technology systems to support the bank’s digital transformation. The position bridges business and technology, ensuring compliance, performance, and innovation in IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate end-to-end banking technology solutions.
• Develop system blueprints, integration architectures, and data flows.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and developers to deliver integrated systems.
• Support migration from legacy platforms to modern architectures.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation, technical specifications, and governance artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 3–6 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, cloud, and API technologies.
• Certifications in TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in banking or fintech environments is an advantage.
