Role Overview

The Software Engineering Trainer will instruct, mentor, and inspire students in core programming concepts, software development, and emerging technologies, ensuring graduates are job-ready for Kenya’s ICT and start-up sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Guide learners through full-stack and mobile-app development projects.
• Support curriculum development and practical lab sessions.
• Evaluate assignments and mentor students on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to promote innovation and tech-driven learning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ industry or teaching experience.
• Proficiency in modern development tools (Git, VS Code, SQL databases).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for education and student mentorship.
