Social Media Content Creator & Live Host
Role Overview
This is an on-camera role for someone who can turn products into content that sells. You will create short-form videos, host live sessions, and build community engagement while working closely with the in-store team to keep messaging accurate and relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit video and text content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Host regular live product demos, explain features clearly, and engage audiences in real time
- Respond to comments and inquiries to strengthen community and customer trust
- Coordinate with the in-store sales team to capture product details and translate them into content
- Support walk-in customers when needed, especially during busy retail periods
- Track platform trends and algorithm shifts and adjust content formats to sustain reach
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence on camera
- Proven content creation experience including video editing, scriptwriting, and photography
- Comfort hosting live sessions and handling questions in real time
- Experience in electronics/IT or a similar retail environment is an advantage
- Ability to work full-time and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
