Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Maternal, Child Health & Nutrition (MCH+N) will lead strategic program design, implementation, and evaluation. This role focuses on strengthening maternal and child health systems, developing funding partnerships, and advancing CIFF’s regional health strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the MCH+N investment portfolio.
  • Conduct analysis and research to inform CIFF’s Africa strategy.
  • Collaborate with governments, NGOs, and development partners.
  • Lead program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Mentor analysts and junior program officers.
  • Represent CIFF in regional health forums and donor networks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, or Medical Sciences.
  • Proven experience in health systems strengthening and nutrition.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in international development or global health.
  • Strong understanding of African healthcare ecosystems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
