Senior Human Resource Associate

Role Overview

The Senior Human Resource Associate will oversee HR operations and systems, ensuring accurate execution of employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR data integrity across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
– Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, renewals, and exits.
– Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate employee documentation and digital records.
– Act as the first point of contact for HR operational queries.

Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Support
– Support end-to-end recruitment activities and maintain ATS pipelines and dashboards.
– Monitor recruitment timelines and escalate risks to HR leadership.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
– Collect and validate payroll inputs and coordinate benefits administration.
– Maintain payroll records and support resolution of payroll discrepancies.

HR Systems & Digitalization
– Administer HRIS, ATS, LMS, and contract management tools.
– Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, access control, and audit readiness.
– Drive HR process automation and workflow improvements.

Learning & Performance Support
– Administer learning platforms and training records.
– Support performance management cycle execution and reporting.

Compliance & Reporting
– Support statutory and regulatory compliance across subsidiaries.
– Produce monthly HR operational reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CHRP or similar HR certification is an added advantage.
