 Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex audit and assurance assignments, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal controls.
• Strengthen financial control frameworks and proactively identify control gaps and risk exposures.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Provide financial oversight and advisory support to senior leadership on risk, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance or audit staff while managing assignment timelines and deliverables.
• Support implementation of improved financial governance, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience at Senior Associate or Assistant Manager level (or equivalent) in audit or finance.
• Strong financial controls and risk assessment mindset.
• Solid exposure to IFRS and statutory financial reporting.
• Proven ability to identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Experience handling complex clients and leading audit engagements.
• Confidence engaging with senior leadership and managing finance operations.
