Role Overview

The Senior Brand Manager will develop and execute brand strategies, manage integrated marketing campaigns, and oversee product innovation to strengthen the company’s market leadership in the hair-care segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term brand and marketing strategies.
• Manage product portfolio, pricing, and packaging design.
• Oversee market research and analyze consumer insights.
• Supervise creative development, media planning, and advertising.
• Lead innovation and new-product launches within the Hair Category.
• Track KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance brand performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of brand-management experience, with ≥ 3 years in haircare or beauty.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Ability to drive strategy, manage agencies, and meet market targets.
• Strong commercial and creative thinking capabilities.
