Senior Account Associate

Role Overview

This role manages client relationships and delivers integrated communication projects across public relations, advertising, and digital platforms. The position blends strategic thinking, execution excellence, and entry-level leadership within an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage day-to-day execution of client communication projects
  • Maintain strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver PR, advertising, and digital services
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and revenue targets
  • Lead content development for mainstream and digital media platforms
  • Support new business proposals, pitches, and presentations
  • Participate in research, strategy development, and campaign execution
  • Track industry trends and contribute creative, strategic ideas
  • Support award submissions and industry engagement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and media networks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–7 years’ experience in public relations, account management, or client service
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an agency environment
  • Strong research, analysis, writing, and strategic communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously
  • Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
  • Professional certifications (CPR, CIM, Marketing, Project Management) are an advantage
