Role Overview
The Incubator supports seller growth by delivering structured onboarding, training, and performance monitoring for new and developing sellers on the Kilimall platform. The role combines training delivery, data tracking, and seller engagement to improve early performance and long-term marketplace success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver seller onboarding and training programs
- Track onboarding progress and listing readiness
- Maintain training resources and best-practice materials
- Monitor seller performance and engagement metrics
- Provide feedback and improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Experience in e-commerce or digital platforms preferred
- Fluent in English and Swahili
