Role Overview

This position focuses on accelerating revenue growth through technical product knowledge and aggressive lead generation. You will be responsible for the entire sales journey, from the first product demonstration to after-sales support and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding high-level monthly sales targets
  • Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing terms for high-value deals
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor movement to refine market positioning
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure flawless order fulfillment

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials or ceramics
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and sales tracking
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of professional ethics
