Role Overview

The Sales Rider is a field-based role focused on driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and collections using motorcycle-enabled cold-chain distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Prospect, onboard, and manage retail and B2B customers
• Upsell and cross-sell cold-chain and protein products
• Execute route-based sales, deliveries, and collections
• Maintain cold-chain handling and quality standards
• Capture orders, invoices, and confirmations via mobile systems
• Collect payments and ensure accurate reconciliation
• Generate market intelligence and sales reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in field/route sales
• FMCG, agri-products, or HoReCa experience is an advantage
• Valid Kenyan Class A motorcycle license preferred
