Africa Management Solutions Ltd (AMSOL) is seeking energetic and ambitious Sales Persons to promote and grow FMCG beverage products across Nairobi and key Kenyan markets.

Role Overview

The Sales Person (FMCG Beverages) will drive retail and wholesale sales, strengthen brand visibility, and support customer relationship management within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell beverage products to new and existing customers.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks.
  • Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising in outlets.
  • Gather customer feedback and report competitor activities.
  • Support product activations, promotions, and route-to-market initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably beverages.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • A valid driving license is an added advantage.
