📝 Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue-focused sales and marketing strategies to increase theatre bookings and space hire.
- Actively source, pitch, and close bookings for exhibitions, performances, conferences, and corporate events.
- Design and roll out value-added services and innovative commercialization initiatives.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns including social media, paid ads, SEO, and content strategy.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and B2B relationships.
- Develop and manage sales funnels and CRM systems to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
- Conduct market research and audience segmentation to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics including revenue, bookings, reach, and conversion rates.
- Support artists and stakeholders by improving visibility of commercialization opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, or related field.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a comparable marketing or communications role.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM systems, Marketing Analytics, or Events Management are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong digital marketing, business development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.
