Job Description

The Sales Manager (Sales Supervisor) is a results-oriented leader responsible for driving the hotel’s proactive sales initiatives to maximize total revenue. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, surpassing sales targets, and fostering an entrepreneurial culture within the sales department. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain cost and inventory controls, and deliver exceptional guest service through timely problem resolution and professional engagement with all hotel stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day proactive sales initiatives to ensure the hotel meets its annual revenue targets
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience by providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving concerns
• Implement and monitor departmental plans to ensure alignment with Radisson Hotel Group’s global objectives
• Collaborate with senior management to control operational costs and manage sales inventory effectively
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and internal audit requirements through accurate documentation
• Support the continuous development and productivity of the sales team through hands-on leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality sales is highly beneficial but not mandatory
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in using diverse IT systems and sales platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a vibrant team
• Personal integrity and the ability to find creative solutions in a high-pressure environment
• Hands-on work style with a “can-do” approach to conquering sales challenges
