Role Overview
CFAO Motors Kenya seeks a results-driven Sales Executive – Tender & Government Sales to support departmental growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing tender submissions, and maintaining client relationships with government and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly sales rundowns and projections to track departmental performance.
- Identify and follow up on leads from government portals, media, and digital platforms.
- Participate in all tender preparation and ensure compliance with bid specifications.
- Manage bank guarantees and prepare detailed tender result reports.
- Oversee debt follow-ups and maintain effective communication with credit clients.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and SOPs to minimize risk exposure.
- Coordinate customer training sessions with technical teams to improve satisfaction.
- Maintain tender tracking data and reports for all brands.
- Manage order processing and follow up to ensure timely delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing (added advantage).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in vehicle sales or aftersales roles.
- Strong product knowledge, especially in vehicle specifications and mechanical basics.
