Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of School, the Sales & Customer Manager will act as the primary contact for prospective families, leading marketing campaigns and managing the student admissions funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Enko’s academic programmes to prospective families and communities.
- Lead admissions—from initial inquiry to confirmed enrolment.
- Organize school tours and community engagement events.
- Run local marketing activities in collaboration with central marketing teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze feedback to enhance the overall student and parent experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Education.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or school marketing.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency and digital marketing fluency.
- Fluent in English and local language of operation.
