Role Overview

The Sales Associate for Taita Taveta will lead demand generation and farmer engagement to increase sales and expand Regen Organics’ footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities

– Hire, train, and motivate Farm Star agents.
– Conduct farmer outreach and demonstrations.
– Coordinate with resellers to manage product flow.
– Analyze sales data and prepare weekly reports.
– Promote the Farm Star brand through events and exhibitions.

Qualifications

– Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
– Experience selling agricultural inputs directly to farmers.
– Knowledge of local farming practices.
– Must reside in Taita Taveta and hold a valid motorbike license.
