Role Overview

The Sales Associate will drive Farm Star sales and farmer engagement across Nyandarua County through direct sales and agent management.

Key Responsibilities

– Recruit and manage sales agents.
– Conduct product demonstrations and follow-up visits.
– Support resellers and manage inventory levels.
– Collect feedback from farmers and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related discipline.
– Field sales experience in agribusiness is essential.
– Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
– Must be based in Nyandarua with motorbike riding ability.
