Role Overview

The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting Farm Star products within the Machakos region through agent recruitment, farmer engagement, and reseller coordination.

Key Responsibilities

– Recruit, train, and manage commission-based sales agents.
– Conduct field visits to pitch and close sales with farmers.
– Educate farmers on product benefits, application, and ROI.
– Manage relationships with resellers and ensure optimal stock levels.
– Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
– Minimum 2 years of agricultural sales experience.
– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– Must be based in Machakos and able to ride a motorbike.
