Role Overview

The Sales and Collections Agents will work closely with Loans and Collections Officers to achieve branch targets. This role focuses on customer engagement, repayment follow-up, and supporting debt recovery processes while maintaining a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Loans and Collections Officers to meet branch goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to small business clients.
• Support sales and marketing efforts for loan products.
• Follow up with debtors and defaulters to recover payments.
• Conduct customer education and maintain long-term relationships.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date Debt Management Forms.
• Assist in renegotiating repayment plans and contacting guarantors or relatives.
• Escalate default cases to headquarters for further action.
• Provide timely reports and feedback on customer trends and market opportunities.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company ethics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or customer relations is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
