Expansion is the mission for this multifaceted role within the aviation and travel sector. Achyutam requires a high-level strategist to navigate the complexities of GSA representation while simultaneously scaling outbound holiday and inbound DMC sales. You will act as the primary link between global airlines and the local trade market.

Role Overview

This position demands a commercial heavyweight who can juggle airline route promotions, B2B partnership recruitment, and luxury safari sales. Success is measured by your ability to convert leadership networks into sustainable revenue streams across multiple travel verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the GSA division by recruiting travel agents, OTAs, and consolidators for airline representation
  • Orchestrate route awareness programs and fare promotions to increase load factors
  • Scale ticketing and outbound holiday sales through corporate and SME partnerships
  • Design and market luxury safaris and MICE packages to international tour operators
  • Produce detailed market intelligence reports and competitor analysis for quarterly planning

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in airline sales, GSA management, or travel agency operations
  • Proven ability to build strategic alliances with international DMCs and global OTAs
  • Expertise in developing tailored B2B proposals and presenting at trade forums
  • Deep understanding of the regional travel landscape and global distribution systems
