Sales Account Manager
Role Overview
Drive hotel sales performance by managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key sales accounts
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and corporate rates
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–4 years’ hotel sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- CRM and MS Office proficiency
