Retail Team Lead
Role Overview
The Retail Team Lead is responsible for overseeing showroom operations, supervising retail staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role supports sales performance, administrative processes, and operational efficiency within the retail showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily showroom operations and retail staff activities
- Prepare schedules and allocate tasks to team members
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock availability
- Support sales staff in closing sales and achieving targets
- Handle customer care inquiries and showroom communication
- Oversee cash operations, billing, and administrative processes
- Process showroom orders and coordinate with credit control
- Act as a relief supervisor for cashier, stores, or acting manager roles
- Ensure POP materials and promotional displays are in place
Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations or team supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic administrative and computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
