Role Overview

The Retail Shop Manager will manage sales, team performance, and operational efficiency across physical and online stores. The role requires a results-driven professional passionate about retail excellence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations including sales, stock management, and service quality.
• Develop strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff for optimal performance.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Coordinate inventory control and product replenishment.

Qualifications & Experience
