Role Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor will assist in managing operations, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff and maintain service quality.
• Monitor stock levels, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Support the manager in daily operations, reporting, and team performance.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Train and motivate team members for peak performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or hotel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
