Resource Mobilization Officer

Role Overview

The Resource Mobilization Officer will support and implement the University’s resource mobilization strategy by identifying funding opportunities, managing donor relationships, and coordinating proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement resource mobilization and fundraising strategies
  • Identify, track, and engage donors and partners
  • Coordinate proposal development and donor reporting
  • Manage grants, project monitoring, and evaluation requirements
  • Prepare donor, budget tracer, and compliance reports
  • Support marketing and visibility materials for fundraising initiatives
  • Utilize digital tools for donor databases, reporting, and online engagement
  • Support implementation of the Strategic Plan 2025–2030

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in fundraising, grant writing, and networking
  • Registered with a relevant professional body
  • Strong digital competence in fundraising and reporting platforms
  • High moral and ethical standing aligned with Christian values
