Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will coordinate training, business support initiatives, and partnerships aimed at empowering MSME clients. The role requires expertise in business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the MSME NFS strategy aligned with the bank’s business goals.
• Organize training, mentorship, and networking events for business clients.
• Develop partnerships with NGOs, associations, and business training providers.
• Monitor NFS performance and report progress against KPIs.
• Facilitate business clubs, customer events, and market exposure programs.
• Work with marketing teams to communicate NFS activities and impact.
• Prepare educational materials and manage the MSME knowledge portal.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in banking, with exposure to MSME development.
• Strong project management and networking skills.
• Excellent presentation, report writing, and training facilitation abilities.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder events or business club programs.
