Role Overview

The Registered Nurse will join partner hospitals in the United States for a two-year placement, gaining global exposure and professional development in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with U.S. healthcare standards.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to optimize care delivery.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Adhere to ethical, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Must have passed the NCLEX Examination.
• Licensed to practice nursing (Kenya and/or U.S.).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the U.S. (initial posting: Nebraska).
